Check you have the correct Transport

When you book with us we make sure that you have the correct transport in place. Often companies just sell the cheapest ticket and leave customers having to arrange their own transport which can be frustrating. If this is the case with you then you can book transport here, speak to us in-store or chat with us on What's App if you need any advice.

Opening Times

Summer Time

1st May - 29th October - Everyday 10:00 - 18:00

Booked transport leaves the park at closing time so start to get ready ahead of time to ensure you make it on time.

Recommended to keep all your belongs in as you can't take anything on the rides. More about what you can and can't take further down.

What to take

Water Shoes

  • The floor can be extremely hot in Siam Park and water shoes are the only thing you're allowed to take on the rides. They also cushion your feet on the floor from walking around on concrete.
  • You can buy them in the park for around €10. Note, they have a limited supply
  • If you decide to take your flip flops or favourite sliders, you will have to leave them at the bottom of the rides and footwear have been known to go missing so water shoes are advised.

Towel

  • If you buy an all inclusive ticket, you get a towel included. Otherwise you will need to take your own.

Sun screen

  • You must wait 15-30 minutes after applying sun screen before getting wet otherwise it washes off.
  • It's SO important to re-apply after the time stated on the bottle.
  • I burnt myself as a kid really badly a on two occasions at water parks because I didn't know this. Please learn from my mistakes and respect the sun.
  • If you are particularly sensitive I highly recommend wearing a t-shirt (allowed on all rides except the Tower of Power).

Money for food and locker

  • You'll need around €20 for food and water so €30 including the locker and refundable deposit (which you may need to remind them for).
  • You can't take food in but they do allow you to take your own water.
  • On entering they may take a cursory look into bags to check for picnics.

Phone or valuables

  • If you take your phone or other valuables (you can keep them in your locker whilst on the rides).

Where to base yourselves

If you are a family or group of friends, a good base is the Siam Beach (just stay to the right as you enter the park and you'll find it). There are sunbeds and umbrellas for shade here you see.

For younder families, or the second wave pool on the far left corner for younger children and babies.

Note: You can rent McLaren-size strollers for ages 1-5years for around €5-10 for the whole day.

There are sunbeds and umbrellas here.

What can you take on the rides?

Nothing. Apart from water shoes and a GoPro (as long as it's strapped to your head or chest - but this excludes the Tower of Power).

This means you can't take loose jewellery, goggles, flip flops and you also aren't allowed to wear glasses on some of the rides so you might want to consider wearing contact lenses for the day.

Water shoes are recommend though as they are great for getting around and you can wear them on the rides. You can buy them in the park for around €10 but they have a limited supply so buy them on entering.

Fast Pass

The fast pass ticket allows you to go into a separate queue thats shorter.  They mark each ride off your wrist band and you only get one go on each ride. When all the rides are marked off, you get ot use it once more on the ride of your choice and they then take the band off you.

Cost can be up to €28 (depending on the season it can change.)

You can only purchase these on the door at the park. They sometimes sell out during busy periods.

Choose either morning or afternoon fastpass.

Note: We have had reports from clients that it's often not needed, especially if you get into the park early and onto the big rides first thing, so it's entirely up to you if you want to buy one.
